This is a free preview of our Kentucky approved 96 hour online pre-license education course. To access this free 7 day preview you must create an account and verify your email address. At that point, just click the course title and you'll be prompted for an access code/password/enrollment key. Enter in lowercase the word: free You'll then be taken directly to the first section outline and you can begin the course. - You must complete section one/free preview before accessing this second section of our 96 hour pre-license course. When you click the course title to access topic outline, you will be prompted for payment information. Topics include real property, home ownership, agency, and real estate brokerage. Total cost for the entire course (Section 1,2,3,4,5,6 and proctored exam)is now only $599.
- Third section of 96 hour pre-license course. Topics include listing contracts, interests in real estate, forms of ownership, legal descriptions, taxes, and contracts.
- Fourth section of 96 hour pre-license course. Topics include title and title records, comprehensive sections on financing principles and practices and a section on leases and property management.
- Fifth section of 96 hour pre-license course. Topics include appraisal, land use controls, fair housing, environmental, and settlement and closings. In addition, an extensive math section is included.
- Sixth and final section (Except for final proctored exam) of 96 hour course that focuses on Kentucky real estate laws. Topics include Kentucky Revised Statutes and Kentucky Administrative Regulations. Additional sections on paperwork required including both Agency and Sellers Dislcosure Form.
- Final proctored exam required to finish up online pre-license course. The monitor will provide you with a password to access the exam. A score of 75% or higher is required to complete this course. (One retake is allowed) This "proctored exam" will not officially license you because you'll still need to take and pass the official Kentucky Real Estate License Exam from Pearson/Vue.
- This cram course is normally only available to students who have already completed either our 96 hour online pre-license course or a 48 hour broker law course. Access will be given immediately upon completion of the final exam to help prepare you for the actual licensing exam.
