The FBI is no longer returning processed fingerprint cards to individuals when no previous record is found. The bottom line is you still need to have your fingerprints taken by law enforcement and complete a background check to get a license. You'll still turn in whatever you receive back from the FBI except for those without a record, that will not include the fingerprint card itself. Sincerely, Todd Thornton |
